I was lucky enough to have 8th row seats for the Tina Turner concert in DC, and she is amazing. How many 69-year-olds do you know that can pull off wearing a mini-skirt and look fantastic? She is proof, along with Jack LaLanne and many others, that age is just a number. You can be in great shape and be your best at any age!
