Location Training
I periodically train clients in other cities throughout the U.S. The program runs one week, and consists of fitness testing, setting up a complete fitness program, and locating a qualified trainer in your area to continue the workouts. This intensive week includes separate strength training and cardiovascular workouts every other day, nutritional analysis, flexibility and balance training, and on-call availability to answer your questions. I also assist clients in finding a good gym or quality fitness equipment for their home. Call for info on fees and expenses.
Upon receiving your payment, Doug Murphy will contact you to set-up a 1 hour business consultation. Sessions are not limited to only one hour. Additional consultation sessions are available.
